Who we are

Novarius is made by Atticus, LLC, Litchfield, Illinois. This policy covers getnovarius.com. Information an organization stores in the Novarius platform is covered by that organization’s agreement with us, not by this page.

What we collect

• What you give us: the details you enter in our forms, such as your name, organization, email, phone, role, state and any message.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To respond to you, send confirmations, schedule walkthroughs and follow up about Novarius. We don’t use it for anything else.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your information. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics on this site.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google (calendar booking). They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and limited access. No system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights. We’ll honor them.

Children

This site is for organizations and professionals. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date above.
