We use another platform. Can we import our data?▾
Yes. We support CSV imports for client records and interaction history. Our team personally assists with every migration at no extra charge during your trial. We've done this before and we'll make it smooth.
How long does migration take?▾
Most organizations are fully migrated within 1–2 weeks. We handle the heavy lifting so your peers can keep working without interruption. You don't need to pause operations.
What happens to our historical data?▾
Your client records, interactions, and service logs come with you. Nothing gets left behind. We map your existing data structure to Novarius so history is preserved exactly as it was.
What if our data is in spreadsheets or paper files?▾
We can help. We've migrated organizations from spreadsheets, legacy systems, and paper intake forms. The intake wizard in Novarius is also designed to make data entry fast for your team.
Do you sign BAAs?▾
Yes. BAAs are available for all customers. Contact us before your trial ends and we'll have it in place before you go live.
