Multi-factor authentication required for all users. Role-based access separates peer workers, admins, and super admins. Every login logged with timestamp and device. Sessions expire automatically.
Data isolation — your org, your data only
Every organization's data is fully isolated at the database level. A peer at one RCO cannot see another organization's clients or records — by architecture, not just policy.
Encryption — at rest and in transit
All client data encrypted at rest using AES-256. All data in transit encrypted via TLS. Voice recordings stored in isolated, encrypted storage. Nobody can read your data — including us.
Audit trail — every action permanently logged
